Here at Enhance, our chosen partner for safeguarding checks is FADV, who provide quick, easy, and insightful checks. All checks we process are quick and easy but provide peace of mind to our clients. We aim to minimise risk whilst maintaining top level compliance. We hold the safety of our contingent workforce at the same standard of safety as our clients, protecting integrity within all areas of our business.

WHY? A DBS (Disclosure & barring Service) check allows you to work in environments where there may be children or vulnerable adults such as schools, nurseries, care homes, ministry of defence sites and hospitals. The opportunities are endless!

WHO? We are happy to put any individual through a DBS check as safety is our main concern. We want to provide safe, secure and skilled staff to our clients. Their happiness and satisfaction is our happiness!

WHAT? The process couldn’t be easier and we are there to help at every step of the way. It’s all done online and we will guide you through every stage. We promise there is nothing painful about the process. We do all the hard work so you can go out to work!

We want you to have a smooth and stress free journey to becoming a fully compliant and working member of the team. We thought it might be helpful to give you the heads up on some of the questions we get asked on a regular basis…

When you start to complete the form, it will give you clear options of what ID is acceptable. Examples of this are: Passport, Driving License, Biometric Residence Card, Recent Bank/ Building society statement, Recent utility bill, official tax documents and many more.

Nothing! We will pay for the initial check and just ask you to select the annual checking service which will allow you to update the check annually at a reduced cost.

That’s the million-dollar question. It can take as little as 24 hours but up to a month. We promise we will do our best to get it done as quickly as the system allows. We want you to go out to work as soon as possible too!
