We are very young in years but not inn experience. Only born in 2020, we certainly can be called current in both age and approach. We are current and up to date with compliance, ideas, and the way we do things.

Training & Development

Using the latest technology, Flow delivers a continuous and current learning and development solution tailored to the catering and facilities management sector. Their industry expertise partnered with our own industry knowledge, gives us a unique platform to create learning modules with great flexibility to enable an excellent level of training, development, and support for our candidates.

The platform is unique to each candidate and courses are assigned based on the job role which creates a learning path for the candidate. A certificate is issued after successful completion of the course and the content is unique to Enhance Catering. All certificates are saved to the candidate’s profile on our CRM system for auditing and review purposes.

Certificated courses such as Food Safety Level 2 and Allergen will have a certificate to reflect the level and accredited issuing body. We are also able to provide bespoke training modules should clients need specific subjects covered.

All things payroll

We pride ourselves on having an “in-house” payroll department that processes and oversees all aspects of our candidates wages, holiday pay and tax matters. We offer a tailored and empathetic service and are always on hand to answer any questions, related to pay and HMRC issues that candidates may have. Candidates are paid weekly, receive clear and transparent payslips, electronically, and accrue holiday pay on every hour worked allowing them to take their well-deserved holidays and be paid, rather than having it as part of their hourly pay – We like to look after our staff.
