About this role

A wonderful 17th-century country pub and pizzeria located in Flaunden, the pub has low beams exposed brickwork and open fires, recently refurbished, and serves an extensive range of drinks including guest ales from the bar and authentic Italian cuisine and wood-oven fired pizzas from their trattoria and pizzeria.

About You

Looking for an experienced Sous Chef with experience in Italian cuisine and a passion for cooking authentic classic Italian food, pizza, and pasta made in-house. The sous chef will have the flexibility to work a mixed shift pattern and will be on a great salary package.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Italian cooking cuisine.
• Level 2 certificate in Food Safety and Hygiene or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Knowledge of food ingredients and allergens.
• Inventory Management & Rotation.
