JACK PHILLIPSON

I started my journey in hospitality at Guildford College on a National Diploma in Corporate Hospitality. From there, I then went to Greece for 3 years and worked in bars and restaurants on the island of Corfu. When I returned, I still had the travelling bug so I decided to go to New Zealand where I started to work in Hotels and Bars – I worked there for 2 years and loved every minute of it. Upon my return to England I moved to London starting out as a waiter and then over the next 7 years, I worked my way up to restaurant manager level. I have been lucky enough to work for some really fun brands in London.

In early 2019, I joined the wonderful and fantastic Evolve Hospitality as a permeant recruitment consultant. I had a great 18months which in that time survived a global pandemic and then a brilliant opportunity came to work for Enhance, so now it’s the time to start my career as Temporary Consultant looking after all Enhance Catering bookings in the South.

Speak Polish so I could speak to wife’s family

Bbq food! Massive fan and lover of the bbq cuisine
